Treasure Fleet Resources Spawn on Non-Distant Lands When Using Shuffle Map Type

Maps generated by Shuffle type can create landmass or disconnected from coastal tiles with Treasure Fleet Resources.

As a result, they may not generate a Fleet Commander and resources may not count towards Treasure Fleet legacy path.

    This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
