Tile Doesn't Update After Converting to a Resource

When the player selects a Discovery reward that converts a tile into a Resource tile, the tile won't update immediately with the Resource icon.

Workaround: The Resource icon will appear after deactivating and reactivating the Resources lens and the unit is moved away from the tile.
