Catherine the Great's 'Eagle banner' & 'Great Imperial Crown’ Mementos Have Similar Descriptions
When observing both of Catherine’s Mementos, “Eagle Banner” and “Great Imperial Crown” are shown to have “+5% Bonus Science Efficiency” and “+5% Science” respectively.
