Partially Completed Buildings Cost Full Price to Purchase with Gold
When a building has started production for at least one turn and then is removed from the queue, its purchase price will be discounted proportionally with the amount of production already completed. However, upon purchasing it, the player will pay the full price of the building.
The purchase menu will show the discounted price correctly, but the full purchase price of the building will be subtracted from the player’s treasury.
