Defeated Leaders Present after Age Transition
After transitioning to the next Age, the Relationship Prompt with defeated Leaders can still be interacted with. Additionally, this prompt can allow a war to be declared but user cannot progress after clicking War Details.

After reports from players we have re-opened this issue on the 1.2.3 patch.
We are expecting to have this fixed in a future update. Players on 1.2.3 may see similar behavior where defeated Leaders' units will stick around the map and could cause an infinite "First Meet" loop.
