Units Drop to 1 HP or Heal to Full
Units will drop to 1 HP when leaving an Army Commander's Command Radius after they have been targeted by the Revolucionario Great Person Jose Maria Morelos's ability. This can only happen when playing as Mexico in the Modern Age.
