PC: Graphics Profile Option Always Set to "High"
When selecting a Graphics Profile in the Settings, selecting any Profile other than "High" will apply the changes but the selection will still show as "High".
This is a visual error, and the correct Graphics Profile should be applied when confirming changes on the Options page.

This has been fixed for all platforms in Patch 1.1.0!
