Unable to Choose Belief After Unlocking Theology Civic

After choosing the Theology Civic, players are stuck on the screen that asks them to choose another Belief and are unable to continue their turn.

Workaround: Make sure your religion is selected on the Religion menu. It may have defaulted to a different religion, and selecting yours should allow you to select a Belief after and progress the turn.

This has been fixed on Steam and Epic in Patch 1.0.1 Patch 2!
