Owned DLC Customization Items Appear Locked
Customization items from purchasing DLC display as Locked, despite the DLC being owned and installed.
Affected items:
Badges:
- Badge for Deluxe Content Pack
- Badge for Founder’s Pack
Banners:
- Banner for Deluxe Content Pack
- Banner for Founder’s Pack
Titles:
- Beyond the Horizon
- Founder of Civilization
Workaround:
Start a game (New Game or Load a save), exit to the Main Menu, and view the customization items again.

This has been fixed for all platforms in Patch 1.1.0!
