Firaxis Feature Workshop: Mongolia Foundation Civic Lists Redundant "+1 Settlement Limit"
The Mongolia Foundation civic displays two separate instances of "+1 Settlement Limit" instead of a single consolidated "+2 Settlement Limit" entry.
