Firaxis Feature Workshop: Commanders Outside Command Radius Gain XP
When attacking hostile Units and owning multiple Commanders, Commanders outside of the Combat Radius also gain XP.

This has been fixed in the Firaxis Feature Workshop March 2026 version.
This is planned to be addressed in a future update.
