Bayeux Tapestry Policy Doesn't Provide Increased Culture

When playing as the Normans in Exploration or Modern Age, the Bayeux Tapestry doesn't provide the increased Culture bonus for conquered settlements.

This is expected to be fixed in a future patch!

    This should now be fixed with Update 1.1.1.
