PlayStation: Game is Not Recognized as "Owned" in PlayStation Store When Using a Physical Disk

Civilization VII is not recognized as "Owned" in the PlayStation Store when you own a physical copy of the game.

We believe this may be causing another issue where PlayStation players are unable to upgrade their Physical Copy to the Deluxe or Founders Edition due to this.
